Second Working Draft of FpML Version 5.3

ISDA has published the Second Working Draft for FpML Version 5.3. The Working Draft is available on the FpML website in the Specifications section at: http://www.fpml.org/spec/fpml-5-3-2-wd-2/.

Includes the following changes compared with the FpML 5.3 First Working Draft (build 1) which was published on September 29, 2011:

• Reporting and Business Process:
  
  • Message Framework:
    • updates to the exposure report and related coding schemes and examples synchronized with the CFTC Guidebook for reporting of physical commodity swaps.
• Interest Rate Derivatives:
  
  • Incorporated the new Supplement to the 2006 ISDA Definitions covering physical settlement of interest rate swaptions.
