Last Call Working Draft of FpML Version 4.9

ISDA has published the Last Call Working Draft for FpML Version 4.9. The draft is available on the FpML website in the Specifications section at: http://www.fpml.org/spec/fpml-4-9-3-lcwd-1

The following is an overview of the changes compared to the FpML 4.9 Working Draft which was published on October 14, 2010:

• Cross-Asset:
• Made the instrumentId element optional for Cash underlyer by extending Asset type directly (instead of IdentifiedAsset).
