FpML-VAL new eqd rules



As discussed in yesterday’s call, see attached an html doc stating four new rules defined by the EQDWG. I have also developed some test cases for the new rules.

Context: EquityMultipleExercise (complex type)

eqd-26 (Mandatory)
maxiumumNumberOfOptions <= numberOfOptions
Comment: You cannot exercise more than the number of options you have.

eqd-27 (Mandatory)
minimumNumberOfOptions <= maxiumumNumberOfOptions
Comment: Maximum number of options to exercise must be greater than or equal to minimum number of options to exercise.

eqd-28 (Mandatory)
If integralMultipleExercise is present, (minimumNumberOfOptions / integralMultipleExercise) must be a positive integer.
