FpML-VAL Email Issue (was: VWG Minutes 2007-11-06)

As many people have noticed there have been some problems with repeated 
emails being sent.

By looking at the mail headers we've tracked this down to someone (who 
shall remain nameless) in HSBC. This individual has temporarily been 
removed from the email list and is now being flogged.

The emails should now cease.
