FpML-VALU Issuers

A client has asked that I extend FpML to include an issuer type for 
underlying assets.  In addition to the usual identifiers this type would 
include credit ratings and industry classification codes.  I am thinking 
that this could be an extension of PartyRole or a new type called Entity 
that would correspond with the EntityId and EntityName and possibly 
EntityType.  Any thoughts?
