FpML-MWG40 Re: [fpml-coord] FpML 4.2 Working Draft - ready to go



I believe we've missed adding an optional masterConfirmation element to
the Allocation type. This is needed since the dates of the Master
Confirmation or Master Confirmation Annex for the individual accounts may
very likely vary. 

This may be critical for practical usage of this for any Master
Confirmation trade.

*	Interest Rate Derivatives: 


*	Additions to cashflow structure for pricing/calculation details. 

*	Support for Relative swaps. 

*	Parameterization of early termination dates. 

*	Support for condition precedent bond reference.


*	Credit Derivatives: 


*	Explicit representation of the Sixty Business Day Cap on
Settlement using a specific element instead of using the Additional Terms
scheme.


	  
We also published the internal schemes as xml files.
