One comment, which I'm convinced I made at the MWG a few weeks ago:
We don't need to duplicate the text "masterConfirmation" in the child
elements of the "masterConfirmation" element. The parent element already
names the context. I'd expect to see:
masterConfirmation/type
masterConfirmation/date
masterConfirmation/annexDate
