Andrew J - on vacation, expecting trade vs. contract gap analysis on his
return.

Robert S. - working on the scenarios and examples for allocation and give-up
to PB - what roles can be defined at each stage of the process?  Expects to
have an updated document by next meeting.

Marc has circulated an update of the identification paper.

Marc is still working on the adjusted dates question.

We discussed the short form/long form question and agreed to review when
there was a quorum of attendees.

We discussed development process options. Jason described the process he was
involved with at another standard body in which the XML development was
centralized.  We agreed to include this option in the paper on process
options for improving consistency.  However, that approach would not
necessarily have resolved the short form vs. long form issue, as the
business groups are responsible for the modeling.

We ended early because we felt that we did not have adequate representation
to discuss the issues.


Next meeting
============
There will be no meetings this Friday, Aug. 22, and next week, Aug. 29, due
to vacations and holidays.  Next meeting will be Sept. 5.
