RE: Trade vs Contract
I skimmed your doc - nice work - I'll try to comment at greater length
before the MTF.
Is it worth bringing out the point that we have no definition of how a
'trade' becomes a 'contract', other than a vague assertion that an
allocation process has to take place (which it doesn't always, or in every
market).
A couple of pedantic sub-editor points:
Introduction: "Originally the CUG notification messages *where* based on
the standard ..."
Why Contract?: "Under this definition many of the business processes ...
should *by* changed to work with contracts."
