Review of actions
=================
Robert will distribute examples early next week Andrew distributed a
slightly updated version of document on the swap model.
We discussed it and agreed to present it to the IRD for their
consideration.
Prior to doing so, Andrew will update the paper to discuss the impact of
the proposed changes on validation rules.


Review of identification paper
==============================
We discussed the proposals for solving the gaps in identification.  We
made some progress.  See attached for an updated version of the
document.
