3.       Breakage Costs.

4.       Loan Contract tiered fee representation.

5.       On-Going Fee updated. Review.

6.       PIK period within the Loan Contract structure.

7.       Interest payment notice. Updated with new choice between cash accrual and PIK accrual. Review.
