Attached are three documents:
- Version 1.23 of business requirements document.
- Updated business validations spreadsheet.
- Updated European Action List.
In addition the following points should be discussed.
Outstanding Issues:
- Should we update the Loan Contract structure to contain a schedule of FX Terms…?
- Account object is what is used to associate remittance details to the party in the messages. This does not contain the currency – should it…?
- One-off fee link to other business events – loan and facility notices.

Updated scheme list is attached (v1.1), according to feedback from Robert Murray (Thanks!)
Couple of points:
- Corrected the loan notice/facility confusion as well as the LC Type/Purpose.
- The lender of record/actual were mentioned as terms in the European meetings. Will confirm the context in which the terms were used, but have changed the scheme back to match the spec for now.
- The list of loan types is a scheme that is used in loan related LCDS structures. We need to decide how and where we would use the list (and whether there are any further elements we wish to add)

We are tentatively due to have a session with ISDA next Wednesday at 1030EST (1530 London Time) for 1.5 hours. The meeting will be held at the ISDA offices on 360 Madison (45th Street), those that can attend in person are welcome to do so (just please let us know).
The aim of the session will be to finalize the contents of the Loan portion of FpML v4.4 and understand the ISDA process to follow.
