Title: Changes to the Loan Schema
The following design changes were discussed today:
- Rather than embedding the Deal and Facility Identifiers in the Full Loan Contract Object it was suggested to remove these elements and have them represented in the headers of the notices that require these details (Facility Notice).
- When the facility and deal details are required in the main body of a particular message, we can have a reference pointing to the the deal and facility identifiers in the header of the message. (Please see the Loan Contract Notice type).
- The Facility Identifier contains a currency field and an original commitment amount (which is just a number at the moment). This should be changed to single optional choice. The choice can contain either just a currency field OR a money field (original commitment + ccy).
- Margin, Interest Rate fields should all be changed to a ‘positive decimal’ type.
- MLA should be a percentage amount also (To be confirmed by BK).
