Hi,

I am attaching new modified schema , drawdown, interest payment and principal repayment notice samples.

Changes to the schema include:

1. New notice - OneoffFeeNotice

2. Modified OngoingFeeNotice, fee payment element renamed as OngoingFeePayment

3. Removed the Loan Contract from the Interest Payment Notice and replace it with the Loan Contract Identifier

4. In the ParticipationAmount Global Amount made not required.

5. Made the Rate Fixing Date not required to respect Prime rate loans

6. Interest paid on repayment transformed to enumeration, moved to the loan contract repayment level

7. Prepayment fee was removed from the repayment notice.

8. Replaced current amounts with original amounts in the Facility and Loan Contract Identifiers
