Hello. 

short CV: 
I joined DTCC as a Director of Equity Derivatives Business Development
in December 2008. My primary responsibilities include a liaison with ISDA
(which include review of all the Equity MCAs before publication) and development
of new business applications for the Deriv/Serv matching platform, MCAXpress.
 Prior to joining the DTCC, I spent more than 10 years in the Derivatives
field at Bear Stearns and UBS, specializing the structured products in
Equity, Credit Derivatives, Mortgage, and Special Purpose Vehicle transactions.

I have M.B.A. in Finance/Marketing from University of Rochester and B.A.
in English from Kobe College, Japan. 

how I think I can contribute to FpML: 
I have a strong knowledge of ISDA Documentation/Definitions and Equity
Derivatives products. I review all the draft ISDA Equity MCAs before publication
from automation platform's perspective. I'm hoping that I could contribute
my business/documentation knowledge to the FpML Working Group.

Please let me know if I can be included in the WG.
