Due to limited attendance this week the group restricted their
discussion to emissions:

1. A businessDayLocation element has been added within an optional
sequence under emissionsPhysicalLeg and must occur twice. Each element
contains a businessCenter element and a party element to represent the
Business Days observed by each party to the trade.

2. A taxJurisdiction element has been added within an optional sequence
under emissionsPhysicalLeg and must occur twice. Each element contains a
jurisdiction element (which references a coding scheme) and a party
element to represent the tax jurisdiction applicable to each party to
the trade.

[Carried Forward] ALL to review and provide feedback on the return swap
sample trade.

[Carried Forward] ALL to review and provide feedback on the daily
expiring option sample trade.

[Carried Forward] HB to send the group the Murex XML representation of
an emissions transaction.
