  - Inappropriate values in OptionTypeEnum ("forward", "straddle" etc.)
    + A new type, PutCallEnum has been created containing "Put" and
"Call". OptionTypeEnum is now a union of this and the remaining values.
    + CommodityOption now extends Product, not OptionBase.
BuyerSeller.model and a new optionType element of type PutCallEnum have
been added in a sequence (updated schema attached)

    + Additions will be needed for Mountain Time locations (Four Corners
etc.)
    + Suitability of BusinessCenterTime approach. ISO 3166?
