FpML-Com google calendar for commodity working group

All,

As suggested by John Solder from UBS, we will be trialling Google
calendar as a means for the group to be able to keep up with what
meetings are scheduled.

The idea is that you create a google account and can then see the
group's calendar as well as your own.

If you wish to be able to receive reminders from the system, then you
need to be added individually to the meetings (this is quite good as
meeting emails can be easily imported into your Outlook calendar, for
example).

You should receive a mail from Google shortly inviting you to set up an
account (if you do not have one already) and providing a link that will
grant you access to the group calendar.

After that, if you want to be added to meetings in order to receive
reminders, please let me know and I can add you in.

Hopefully this will be useful and will get round some of the usual
quirks of using meeting requests via a distribution list.

Thanks,

Piers Evans
