FpML-CD Proposal to add 3 new scheme values to support new municipal CDS transaction types

We would like to propose the addition of new scheme values to the “Credit Derivatives Physical Settlement Matrix” (matrixTermScheme) to support 3 new Municipal CDS transaction types:

Please provide comments via this mailing list. We propose a final sign off at the next CDWG meeting.

If approved, these new scheme values will appear in the next published version of the matrixTermScheme.

Attached are the new forms for the municipal CDS. The only change required is the definition of 3 new Transaction Types. The legal working group will give sign off on Friday after which a pre-publication draft will be distributed. If we have a meeting next week we should discuss this at the meeting, if not we should distribute a proposal next week to the group so that we can sign off on these values by the following week and put this into the 4.4 Trial Recommendation.

Thank you to those who submitted comments on the first draft of the updated documentation for Municipal CDS transactions. Please find attached for your review revised drafts of Version 6 of the Confirmation for use with the CDS Physical Settlement Matrix (the "Matrix Confirmation") and Version 6 of the CDS Physical Settlement Matrix (the "Matrix"). The revised draft of the Matrix Confirmation has been marked to show changes from the May 2 draft. As it is not possible to blackline Excel documents, only a clean copy of the Matrix is attached. (The only changes from the May 2 draft of the Matrix is the change to the publication date that appears in the header and footer of the document.)
