FpML-BP Issue with messaging for "same party - multiple roles" cardinality on a trade/contract.

All,
There has been some recent discussion about A2A message flows and situations in which a single entity trades with itself.

Following those discussions I've found that from the perspective of a service provider, this will happen much more often than it would usually seem.  A centralized provider is often only exposed to one consolidated entity at any given firm which may represent multiple internal ones.  Whenever any of those unique internal entities need to communicate with each other through a central provider, it will appear as if the entity is trading with itself.  This happens quite often today.

The problem with this is that FpML enforces via schema that 2 (or more) "unique" entities must communicate with each other.  This makes it impossible to accommodate the above scenario without a change to the cardinality of the party elements in those messaging types.

I've submitted an issue regarding a problem with notification messaging in FpML here: http://www.fpml.org/issues/view.php?id=310

Regards,
Henri Pegeron
