Ben

Thank you

1. Agree baskets are presently flat weighted, however constituentWeight is
optional, in the absence of this element flat weight is implied

2. I added "constituentWeight" instead of "referencePoolItem" because

        <xsd:complexType name="ReferencePoolItem">
                <xsd:sequence>
                        <xsd:element name="constituentWeight"
type="ConstituentWeight"/>
                        <xsd:element name="referencePair"
type="ReferencePair"/>
                </xsd:sequence>
        </xsd:complexType>

I read "ReferenceInformation" as a singluar reference which already has
the same leaf level children

referenceEntity
referenceObligation

as would be provided by "ReferencePoolItem"

Regards

Hi Andrew:

Here's a version of your word doc with the diagrams added. Two quick
questions:

1. Do we need constituent weight for nth-to-default? I was under the
impression that in these sorts of baskets all REs were equal weighted.
2. If we do, could we use the type ReferencePoolItem? It was originally
designed with this in mind.

regards,
Ben
